We recommend trying to find a step by step guide for simple tasks online. If your task is a little more complex, and requires specialist tools or safety measures, contact our local tradesmen for a quality fix.
Our handyman call out will cover the first hour spent on the task. Most odd jobs can be resolved within the hour however, for more complex jobs an additional charge is incurred after every hour past the call out hour window.
The call out charge does not include the cost of materials. We recommend you source and provide the materials for the visit as this will speed up the work and give you time to choose what installations you want to fit in advance.
If you are unsure or don’t have time to order things like blinds, light fittings or door handles, your booking manager can help. There is a 20% handling fee charged to cover the time spent in sourcing and handling your materials if you choose for us to take care of it.
Parking is not charged if you are able to provide us with a free parking space of access to a drive or garage for our Van. However if this is not available, we will use local parking facilities and add the parking charge incurred to the final invoice.
Yes. You can easily contact us to cancel or reschedule a booking one day in advance. There is no cancellation fee for works canceled or rescheduled 1 business day in advance however, a cancelation fee will be incurred for any same day cancellations.
We have a fixed price structure which can be calculated on our booking calculator. The cost of your call out will depend on the duration of the work. The first hour is covered by the callout charge and any additional time is charged hourly.
You don’t have to be home to provide access. We are happy to collect keys from your managing agent or from your key safe providing you give us a code. This means you can go to work or gym while we take care of fixing your home.
